We listened to your feedback and implemented some changes
We’re always listening out for what the industry is demanding of its fire safety system contractors. We’d like to thank everyone who has completed a customer satisfaction survey as we’ve used these to evaluate changing requirements within the industry generally, but mostly we have used the feedback to evaluate our operations.
Whilst we’re pretty happy with the results, one area where we were told we could improve was communication, and as communication is the kingpin of a project’s success we have taken a very serious approach to acting on this feedback. We have appointed a Senior Contracts Manager and Operations Team Co-ordinator to improve the lines of communication, and implemented new processes to enhance interaction on projects – if you would like further information on how these actions will help streamline design and installation projects please do not hesitate to contact us.
