As it continues to win work on some of the UK’s most substantial residential and commercial developments, award-winning smoke ventilation contractor FDS Contracting (FDS) has appointed a new Project Manager.

Following a move to the UK from South Africa, Graeme Heathfield-Eliott will work alongside the team at FDS to ensure the smooth running of projects for some of the UK’s largest contractors and developers.

Having worked in the smoke ventilation industry for over 25 years, Graeme’s experience will see him work on FDS’ range of residential and commercial projects, which has previously included the 800 apartment Riverlight development on London’s South Bank.

Speaking on his new role at FDS, Graeme said “Having worked in the industry for so many years, I believe I can apply the expertise I’ve gained and use it on the variety of exciting residential projects currently ongoing at FDS.

“The company has grown considerably and its team has expanded with it. I hope to develop with the company and work my way up over time.”
