We’re excited to welcome Nick Jeary to the FDS Group team as our new Operations Director!

As Operations Director, Nick oversees all Operational aspects of the elements of company strategy, assists in establishing strategic objectives, and ensures the timely communication of operational information to the Managing Director and the Board.

As a seasoned Director of Operations with over 24 years of distinguished experience in the Electrical, Fire, and Security sectors across the UK and Australia, Nick has cultivated a reputation for driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Starting his career as an apprentice engineer, he advanced through various technical and leadership roles, ultimately achieving success in senior management.

Nick’s expertise is rooted in a comprehensive understanding of Project Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Financial oversight, Sales, and P&L management. He is adept at steering Commercial Leadership, Business Strategy, and Account Management initiatives that deliver measurable results. With a solid foundation in Engineering Technology, Human Resources, and Technical Leadership, Nick has effectively led contract negotiations and managed complex Business Development projects.

Nick has demonstrated a commitment to fostering high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration. His leadership extends to establishing new regional offices, developing accurate forecasting models, and overseeing the implementation of Life Safety and Security Systems that exceed industry standards.
