Paddington Walk is a residential development consisting of 232 apartments. Designed by Munkenbeck & Marshall, the buildings form part of the large urban regeneration project in West London’s Paddington Basin.

FDS Contracting, a leading smoke venting contractor was responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical smoke ventilation system on the Paddington Walk development. The first installation project to be completed by FDS, CFD modelling was applied and validated by the full scale fire testing that we performed and received approval from the local authority, Westminster District Council.

The Paddington Walk project was completed in 2005.
