FDS Announces New MD

Fire safety system design and installation specialist, FDS Contracting, has appointed a new managing director as part of its strategic growth plan.

Nick Waterfield becomes managing director whilst current managing directors, Gerard Sheridan and Andy Riley, will remain with the group as directors and will now take on technical and business development roles. The changes are pivotal to the company’s plans to capitalise on its market-leading status.

Nick’s promotion to managing director of the group’s fire safety design and system installation department will ensure that the company’s clients benefit from his many years’ experience in senior fire and security roles. Nick’s clear focus on excellent client service has already seen him make significant improvements to the division’s efficiency and client relations processes.
